1980's Fashion

The 1980's had a common theme of anything goes. In the early 80's we see colors like browns, tans, and oranges with bright colored accessories, big teased hair, loud makeup and neon was very popular. Velvet also became a fabric of choice along with lace and leather. An everyday outfit was made up of sports jackets, trousers, denim jeans and a big overcoat. By 1984 we see hot colors like pink and yellow. Shoulder pads and leg warmers also came into play.
