Embracing #SelfCareSunday with a little plant therapy for my lovely pathos! 🌿💚 Giving my green friend a spa day treatment is just one way I show my plants some extra love. Here are 5 care tips for keeping your pathos thriving: 1. Leaf pampering: Regularly wipe down your pathos' leaves to remove dust and dirt buildup, allowing them to absorb more light and breathe better. 2. Pruning for growth: Trim old, brittle leaves to encourage new growth and keep your pathos looking lush and healthy. 3. Soil and root check: Periodically inspect the roots and soil of your pathos to ensure they're not waterlogged or dry. Repot if the roots are crowded or the soil has become compacted. 4. Light and water balance: Pathos plants thrive in medium to bright indirect light and prefer their soil to dry out

Their presence is therapeutic and adds color and texture to otherwise lifeless indoor spaces; research shows this helps us to refocus our energy and better manage stress. 🌱Plant Therapy Is a Real Thing✨ Our predisposition to love plants has a name: Biophilia. It’s defined as our tendency to prefer natural environments as a result of evolution.
