This allows for smooth layers, and enables the paint to move an blend freely, creating beautiful patterns amongst the colour. ⚪️🟠Wet on Dry is when your paper is dry, load your brush with paint, and onto the paper you go! This technique allows for more control of where the paint goes as there is less water to move the paint onto unintended areas. You can also see the colour is much more concentrated. It’s a great technique to use when you need to create finer detail. 🖌️Dry on Dry is when your paper is dry and your brush is loaded with paint but you have dabbed the majority of the water onto tissue. You might find some regular tissue paper also does this, so it’s worth checking what you have at home already, but it may not be quite a vibrant as this stuff. We bought ours from Amazon but most craft stores should have some. . We love it for all sorts of craft projects, including this Earth Day one! I love how each piece of art is totally unique! And what child doesn’t love using a spray bottle! Not only are they fun to use they’re also excellent for developing hand strength, which is essential for mastering skills such as writing. .
