I’ve had many questions about the making of this, especially those edible stems! Yes, this entire thing is edible.

Here are the answers to a few of the questions I’ve been asked:

🌸 the VASE CAKE is made up of a sturdy white chocolate mud cake - a @bakemeupaus mud cake, to be exact. I filled and covered in ganache first, carved the shape I was after and then covered with buttercream.

🌸 TEXTURE - is created by using clay tools to carve out those little details. Your cake must be firm before doing this and be prepared for a little mess!

🌸 those CANDY STEMS were the most asked question. I followed a an amazing YouTube tutorial by @bubecraft on how to make edible branches and stems.
