Growing up my mom made this for me in the summertime with fresh garden tomatoes or cantaloupe and it’s still one of my favorite combos to eat.  You can customize your bowl however you like, but the combination of the cottage cheese with the tuna salad is just so good! Serve it with crackers or just eat it with a fork and mix it all together with each bite like I do!
