The Tsardom of Russia- an enormous sunless state. No real laws exist there only "will"( "volya" in russian) of tsar. Tsar with his "best friends" lives in the tower of Babel's kind a palace with a lot of white marble rooms, house churches, with many different chambers and treasures room full of gold, diamonds and etc. Lower class just suffers and trying to survive deep down below... .
