Taking responsibility for your actions

If a person doesn't want to take responsibility for the consequences of their actions, they may try to blame others. Don't accept blame when you've done nothing wrong. They need to learn that if they want different outcomes, they have to make different choices.

Accountability means taking responsibility for your actions, including acknowledging when you’ve made mistakes. It’s about owning up to your errors, learning from them, and taking steps to make amends or improve.

If you're using excuses and justifications for doing what you've done and treated me the way you have, then step back and ask "if done to me how would I feel" and if you wouldn't like it and use the "WTF" reply, then you have your answer, you just can't take responsibility for your actions...

Don't play the victim to circumstances you created.
