One of my favourites in the warmer months ☀️ Here is my recipe for you. I added freeze dried strawberries to give it a little more texture which complements the fraisier 🍓 🇬🇧❤️🇬🇧 Ingredients: - 180g egg whites - 180g caster sugar - 120g egg yolks - 180g plain flour - Zest of 1 lemon & lime - Vanilla powder/bean (to taste) - 5g freeze dried strawberries (optional) Method: - Make meringue with egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks - Gently fold in the egg yolk until combined well - Sift in the flour and add the zest and vanilla, then fold before adding the freeze dried strawberries and fold in until combined well - Pipe out onto parc Vanilla Powder, Freeze Dried Strawberries, Fruity Desserts, Dried Strawberries, Egg Yolks, Caster Sugar, Plain Flour, Freeze Dried, Freeze Drying
