A wonderful combination of textures and flavours, these roasted onions will be a new fave. Recipe ⬇️

INGREDIENTS
3 small onions, cut horizontally, peeled and ends removed
¼ cup olive oil
Salt
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut onions in half, peel and remove ends. Add ½ olive oil to 6 cup muffin tin. Add onion halves to muffin tin, large side facing up.
2. Drizzle remaining olive oil over top and add salt.
3. Bake at 425 F for 40-45 minutes or until onions are browned and tender.
4. Invert before serving and drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over top. Garnish with parsley or basil. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 large red onion or 2 small
1 cup of water
1 cup of white vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, sliced up
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
Directions:
1. Slice onions
2. Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a small boil
3. Add garlic to the bottom of jar(s), put sliced onions in jars next to
