So easy and so good!! -3-4 lb Chuck Roast -1 White Onion -2 C Beef Broth -1/2 C Worcestershire -1/2 C Red Wine (optional) -6 Cloves Garlic -2 T Butter -3 T Olive Oil -Salt and Pepper to taste….about 1 T of both -Hoagies from a good Bakery! We use @noblebread -Provolone Cheese -Mayo or Butter to toast bread -Giardiniera if you like **Dutch Oven Med High Heat w Butter and Olive Oil. I used 6 3/4 qrt **Season Roast w Salt only. Sear 5 min a side. **Add pepper, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire **Cover, Simmer, 3 hrs **Put roast in serving dish. Shred it. Strain broth. Add Onions/Garlic to beef and pour some strained broth over top.
