Day 6 of the September Slim Down Active Rest Day  Fitness and health are not all about work and no play, so today do an activity with a friend or family member that you enjoy and that is active. Take a hike, go for a walk/run/rollerblade on the boardwalk, play tennis, rock climb. As much as I love teaching fitness classes and working out I need days like this too. They are good for the body and good for the soul and keep you motivated to stick to your workouts. Comment below your activity.
