Designs to avoid:
1. Colour blocking and contrast panelling without purpose: Makes the TV unit look like a standalone piece rather than a part of the room.
2. LEDs, Mettalic pattis and diagonally cut mirror panels: This style of designing was trendy a decade ago… Too many lights in the background steal focus from the TV. A TV wall should be soothing look at.
3. PVC look alike of marble, stone and limewash. The texture looks good in photos but does not look classy in real life.
4. Close frame TV with many shelves. Makes the space look boxy and abrupt
Do this instead:
Have the courage to design minimally.
