This is my favourite every day easy porridge recipe. Using frozen berries makes it easy to whip up anytime as I always have them stocked (and I'd recommend you do too!). Chia seeds add some extra nutritional value, cinnamon some flavour, and maple syrup some sweetness!

Ingredients 
1 cup of fresh or frozen berries
1 ripe banana 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 
1-1/2 cup Milk of choice 
2 tbsp chia seeds 
2 tbsp coconut oil 
2 cups rolled oats (I used @oathoats maple almond- the added almonds so good)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds (or 2 eggs) 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
2 tsp baking powder 

- Preheat oven to 350F 
- Add the berries and mashed banana. I lightly mashed the berries but you don’t have to. You can also use frozen 
- Add chia, coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup, and milk 
- Mix to combine . Then add the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and ground flax seeds (if using eggs add with the berries-wet stuff)
- Mix again and top with more berries and shredded coconut (optional)
