The goal of this project was to add a primary bed and bathroom with ADA compliant access and features for aging in place, for the husband's mother. Rather than try to use existing space in their Oregon City home, they opted to build a 374 sq. ft. addition to make room for the mother-in-law suite. It was built to ensure that it would serve her well for years to come. We also got to help remodel their kitchen, keeping the layout and doing a simple pull and replace.
