Recipe (makes 6 sliders)
500g beef mince (5% fat)
2 onions - one thinly sliced and the other one thinly chopped
Butter and olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
Salt
Any dinner rolls, pre sliced
100ml vegetable stock (made up)
6 cheese slices
Grated cheese for topping
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Handful of gherkins, thinly chopped
1 tsp dry dill
Butter + sesame seeds for brushing the dinner rolls

Method
In a pan add butter, once is melted add the sliced onion, sauté until caramelised, remove from the pan and set aside.
