The crisp acidity and bright citrus notes of this dry riesling make for a great spritz cocktail. Here’s what you’ll need to make this spring spritz:

2 oz Chateau Ste Michelle Dry Riesling
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz honeydew purée*
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz honey syrup
Mint
1 oz soda water

Method: combine all ingredients except wine and soda water in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a spritz glass over ice. Top with Chateau Ste Michelle Dry Riesling and soda water. Garnish with fresh melon, mint, and edible flowers!
