1-2 lb steak cut into 1-2 inch cubes 
1-2 tsp onion powder
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp dried oregano 
1-2 tsp salt 
1-2 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic

8 oz colby jack
8 oz white cheddar 
16 oz carnation milk 
1-2 tsp smoked paprika
