Chinese CRRC train launched in Kolkata Metro The first eight-car train model MR-501 began to operate in the city of India on line 1 with a gauge of 1676 mm. It was built at the CRRC plant in Dalyan, some of the equipment was produced at the Toshiba plant in Kolkata.
