Remember those visits to your Greek friend's house, filled with laughter and plates piled high with deliciousness? Karithopita, the Walnut Cake of Greece, was probably always there!

This isn't your average cake - it's a symphony of flavors soaked in a sweet syrup, making it perfect for sharing with friends (or keeping all to yourself, no judgment!).

Fun fact: I used to serve this beauty with vanilla ice cream at my Greek restaurant!

Sadly, my kiddos have a nut allergy, so Karithopita is a rare treat at my house. But that doesn't stop me from whipping it up for others and sneaking a bite (or two) whenever I can!
