🚀 A fun way to improve for kids to get moving, build up their fitness & become more athletic!

Those who have followed me for a while will have seen Lola feature from time to time flexing her Jump Rope Skills ❤️💪🏼

It’s been a while since we took the ropes for a spin so decided to brush up on her footwork! 

Teaching her 5 different types of footwork in order of what I believe are the easiest to more challenging.

Basic Bounce, Boxer Skip, Run Skip, Front Straddle & Side Straddle! 😅

I recommend practising these individually for short spells to build up your technique and converse your energy so you don’t burn out!
