I thrifted this skirt for 5.00 and it was a bit big but I completely loved the pattern. I took it in so it would fit my waist and here is where the tutorial begins... Try on your skirt and mark with a pin where you want your highest part to land. Once your skirt is off measure an inch or so lower than your pin and cut strait in.
