This hot cocoa layered cake makes winter days extra cozy! The cake layers are made with both cocoa powder and hot cocoa mix to create the hot cocoa flavor that we are familiar with. A marshmallow buttercream fills the middle layer and is used to decorate the top of the cake. A hot cocoa buttercream is used to finish the cake and gives the cake a look identical to that of hot cocoa.
