🌱Just put 1-2 drops of pure peppermint oil in your hands mixed with a carrier oil like coconut oil, then rub together, and rub on the back of your neck and temple area and breathe in slowly👃🏻Peppermint oil is a hot oil and should be diluted!

You can also wet a cloth with cold water and add 1-2 drops of oil on the cloth and place it directly on your forehead or neck! Works like magic ✨
