Don’t outline anything else. 2️⃣ Sprinkle the edible glitter (I used Luxe Cake brand from Amazon) on that section while the flood icing is still wet. 3️⃣ Outline the rest of the cookie. 4️⃣ Before the section with glitter dries, flood the rest of the cookie for a flat finish.
