Heat a non stick skillet on low heat for 5 minutes.  2. Add 1 tbsp of oil or butter, the crack eggs into pan.  3. Turn heat to medium, cover and let egg whites set for about 2-3 minutes, until almost solid.  4. Remove pan from heat, keep covered and let yolks cook until desired texture.
