☘️ Dutch Oven Corned Beef ☘️
4 - 5 1/2 pound corned beef 
Half an onion, quartered
1 cup brown sugar 
Guinness Beer 
3-4 Bay Leafs 
Corned Beef Seasoning Packet 

This is super simple, so do not stress exact measurements! 

Preheat the oven to 325°
☘️ Add the corned beef into the dutch oven 
☘️Tuck in the onion off to the side 
☘️Top with brown sugar, seasoning packet + bay leaf’s 
☘️Pour guinness around the corned beef until it’s 3/4 covered 
☘️BAKE with the lid on at 325° for 1 hour per pound
