Our bi fold doors were one of the first things we decided to put in our entrance hall. There was a single door here initially with views of the garden and we had a vision of making the garden view have more of an impact. The intention was to always have some curtains/ sheers here so we were thinking of ways to hide the tracks. Ideally it would have been great to conceal them behind the coving but the coving we went for it didn’t have the depth to do this. We used a piece of MDF, painted it and honestly it’s such a simple thing but a lovely way to hide the track. Our customer wanted roller blinds that perfectly complemented their anthracite bifold door frames. Here’s how we achieved this look:

•Ordered a cassette in the same colour as the door.
• Removed the fabric trim on the front of the cassette to expose the aluminium.
•Selected an anthracite aluminium bottom bar.
• Reversed the roller blind, positioning the bottom bar at the front of the roll rather than the back.
