DYI Blues Clues center piece.! All you need is a laminated picture of blue(or whatever character you like), a bamboo skewers with balloon ribbon wrapped around it(whatever color you need), glass vase(from the dollar store) and stuffing(paper, candy, confetti etc). Put it all together and tie some balloons to it and VOILA.!
