Kick off September with a batch of this delicious spiced apple bourbon! It’s SO good on its own or in an apple cider bourbon mule with ginger beer, cider & lime juice 🙌 

This is such a fun recipe to try for fall and it couldn’t be easier to make! Just add everything to a jar and let it infuse for at least a few days, or up to a few weeks. 

A few options for the leftover apples: they soak up quite a bit of bourbon, so you can blend them, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and add it back into the bourbon for extra flavor.
