Acrylic ink techniques

Inks are great aren't they? I mean I use a lot of acrylic paint but I do love using acrylic inks too. I love drawing with them but they are fabulous for all sorts of techniques and mark making, so I thought it would be fun to share some ideas for how to get the most out of your inks.

Using a mix of acrylic inks, soft pastels, graphite pencils, and gold mica ink, I explore various techniques and experiment with different textures.

Create wet in wet effects with Liquitex highly pigmented, ultra fluid Acrylic Ink. A play of fluidity and absorbency.
