7:30 to 9:00 : morning routine Breakfast 
9:00 to 1:00 pm : study session 1 ( In every one hour study 10 min break ) 3 hour 20 min study ,40 min break 

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm : lunch and long break for content creating 
3:00 to 5:00 : Study session 2 ( 1 hour 40 min study 20 min break )
5:00 to 6:00 : evening break 
6:00 to 9:00 : study session 3 ( 2 and half hour study 30 min break )
9:00 to 9:30 : Dinner 
9:30 to 10:00 : screen time 
10:00 to 11:30 : Revision 
11:30 to 12:15 : editing 
12:30 : sleep 

That’s how my 9:8:7 works 
9 hour study 
8 hour extra work break 
7 hour sleep 

Most of the toppers use this rule in daily basis and they top their exam .

Here are some tips you can follow it if you wanna study in the morning .

1. You need a good night’s sleep for atleast 7 hour to wake up in the morning

2. set an alarm that motivates you

3. Think about Why do you have to wake up today in the early morning

4. Get out of your bedroom after waking up

5. Drink water and wash face with cold water

6. Stay away from social media

7. Think about your goal why are you studying so hard

8. Make a study to do list for morning

9. Don’t use bed for study, use coffee or tea
