Recipe serves 3-4 👇🏼 300g uncooked pasta A spray of olive oil 1 onion, finely diced 6 sausages (400g Heck) 1 tsp garlic Italian seasoning 1 tsp basil 1 tsp paprika Salt & pepper 1 tbsp tomato puree 40g reduced fat red pesto 75ml single cream Cook the onion and sausages (out of their skin if preferred) in a tiny bit of oil until softened and cooked through. Whilst it’s cooking, get your pasta on to boil in a separate saucepan. Add the seasoning followed by the tomato purée & pesto then stir in the cream along with a ladle of pasta water. Leave to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens, then add in the cooked & drained past

Foodie | Recipes on Instagram: "ONE PAN MARRY ME CHICKEN ORZO 🎥 by @kalejunkie 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up into cubes⁣ 2 tb olive oil⁣ 4-5 cloves garlic, mashed⁣ 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil, drained⁣ 2 tsp italian seasoning⁣ 2 tsp paprika⁣ 1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1 tsp ground black pepper⁣ 1 cup orzo⁣ 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water)⁣ 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk or heavy cream⁣ 2 large handfuls fresh spinach⁣ 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated⁣ ⁣ Pat chicken dry and cut into cubes. Add olive oil to a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to cook. Emma Petersen 🥕 on Instagram: "BISCOFF & CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 🤎 Need I say any more ??? ▫️ 3 large bananas, mashed ▫️ 2 regular or flax eggs* ▫️ 60g maple syrup ▫️ 60g coconut oil, melted ▫️ 40ml almond milk ▫️ 200g plain flour ▫️ 1 tsp baking soda ▫️ 1/4 tsp salt ▫️ 1 tsp cinnamon ▫️ 70g dark chocolate chips ▫️ 4 lotus biscuits ▫️ 1 tbsp biscoff spread, melted *Make the flax eggs by combining 2 tbsp milled flaxseed with 5 tbsp water. Set aside for at least 5 mins to thicken before using. Mix together the wet ingredients, then follow with the dry and mix well.
