Now we're just going to layer the bottom with some shredded cheddar cheese. Now I'm going to add in some taco seasoned ground beef. And I just cook this with some onion, a red pepper, and some jalapeno. Okay now I'm going to take the end pieces of the tortilla and just place those right on top of the ground beef. Just want to kind of overlap them with each other. We're just going to take the last one and place that over here. Now on top of those we're just going to add some Monterey Jack cheese. And just a little more right here. There we go. Now for next layer we're just going to lay down some tortilla chips. Just on top of that cheese. Give it some crunch. Yeah. And now we're just going to take a few more of those end pieces and place them on top of the tostitos. We're going to take another one and place that over here. And our last one over here. For our last layer we're just going to start again with that cheddar cheese. Now we're going to go back in with that ground beef. And then top that off with some more of that Monterey Jack cheese. Now we're going to finish this off with a few more of those end pieces. Put one more on top of that one. Take our last one. Okay now we're going to put this in the oven at 350. And we're going to cook it 45 minutes. Let's do it. Alright while that's cooking we're going to make our dip and I'm going to start with some salsa. And on top of that salsa we're just going to add some cheddar cheese. Some freshly cut jalapenos. A little extra kick. Yeah. And a little drizzle of lime creamer. And a fresh squeeze of lime juice. Okay 45 minutes are up. Time to take this out. Ooh that smells so good. Looks good. It looks like a pie. To apple pie. So we gotta flip this over now right? Yes we do. Let's do it. Okay now I'm going to take a plate that's just a little bit bigger than our pan here. Place that on top. I'm going to attempt to flip this over. Flip it over. Have a feeling I'm going to ruin this. I don't know. Be careful. Maybe I should put my hand on the bottom. I think you should. I think you need to put like one on the top, one on the bottom? Yeah. Alright. I think I got it. You got it? Yeah I'm using the little hole. Alright flip it. There you go. Nice. Maybe give it a little pat. Couple pats yeah that'll do it. Loosen it up a little bit. Uh give it a shake and shimmy. I literally can't grab with this with these oven mitts on. Oh no. So now how are we going to get it off? It's moving though isn't it? It's moving but I can't get it off. It's like It's it's too slippery. You can do it. What if I put like a fork in there? Yeah. Pull it out. We could try that. Let's try it with the big fork. I think I got it. Nice. Lift it up. Maybe I'll use the fork on this side. Yeah do that. Alright here we go. It looks like it's coming off. There we go. Wow. That turned out a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Alright now I'm going to take some of that cheddar cheese that we put inside of it. We're going to put this back in the oven on broil just for 2 to 3 minutes. Let's do it. There we go. This thing is humongous. Okay now I'm going to take some freshly cut parsley. Give it a little bit of colour. This looks amazing We gotta cut into this right now. Yep. Alright let's cut a piece. Let's do it. Here we go. Get the rest of the slice. Yep. Nice big slice. Here we go. Lift it up. Wow. There's just a big hole in there. That looks so good though either way. Wow. We gotta try this right now. Yep. Gotta get some of that salsa. Some of that salsa. That's amazing. Tastes like a taco. Which means it's amazing.
