I visited this past weekend, after a relaxing day at Capitola Beach- this place is just 3 mins from the beach! 𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙤𝙢 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙞𝙩, 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩, 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩! 📍Shadowbrook Restaurant, Capitola 🚨 in the Santa Cruz area, minutes from Capitola Beach TIPS 🚠 you can ride the hillavator free of charge, it takes you to the reception area- I suggest staying for a drink at least :) N͟O͟T͟E͟: the hillavator can hold only 6 people at a time, if you want it to yourself, ask the group in line if it’s okay! Everyone was pretty excited to ride it alone with only their group 😄 Also, if you don’t want to ride it but want to get to the restaurant, there’s a walking path that you can take to get down to the reception area as well! 🕰️ open from 12pm - 10pm every day, has indoor and outdoor seating 🚗 you can drive and park in their parking lot, or you can request a pick-up in a vintage car within a 3 mile radius (FREE!!!) PS: the vintage cars look spectacular, definitely the best option if it’s date night 👩‍✈️👨‍✈️ their dress code is business casual, but if you’re only headed to the bar and the lounge area (has plenty of tables!) then they are more lenient with it 🎟️ I highly recommend a reservation, but we walked in and got seated at the bar pretty quickly 🥘 try the Thai Pizza with crispy potato crumbles (so good!) and their coconut lavender cream drink!
