Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. • 2. Prices flaxseeds until fine and flour-like. Add psyllium husk, baking powder and optional seasonings and process until fine. • 3. Transfer to a bowl, pour in hot water and stir. Once the mixture begins to hold, knead into a ball (dough will be on the wetter side). • 4. Place dough on the lined baking tray and mould into a loaf. Feel free to mould into other shapes such as buns, but be mindful of the difference in baking time. • 5. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, or until outside is crispy and a skewer comes o
