Diagnosis.
See previous species. The hindwings are narrower than in the two close relatives, and there are only two distal yellow spots on the forewing rather than three (the two close posterior ones of other species have coalesced).

Taxonomic notes. The genitalia resemble those of the Sumatran A. acuminata Snellen (see Obraztsov, 1955) but the right valve is more deeply triangular. The yellow markings of the forewings are more extensive.

Geographical range. Borneo, Natuna Is.

Habitat preference. During the Mulu survey most specimens were taken in the understorey of wet heath forest (kerangas) on a lowland river terrace.
