Just so you know, letters about good things being done is something I would love to see from people in our area. People could write a personal thank you about someone helping charge a car battery, or someone offering to grocery shop for an older person. There are people who offer to give children rides to school because their parents or parent do not have access to transportation.
I’m certain there are many giving people in the area and it would be nice to read about the things they do without divulging their names. Sometimes kids from school take on tasks to help a neighbor or community member. People donate to the food pantries as well as offering to mow someone’s yard if they’re sick or their mower has broken down or some other reason. There are so many things residents could do to help others It would really be nice to read about those kind of things and maybe be inspired to help others by them. It would be more helpful to the communities than political opinions.
