Nupur Pathak earned her MS in Data Analytics (2023) from San Jose State
University and her PhD in Business Analytics (2017) from the SDA Bocconi
School of Management. She is now a Principal Data Analyst at Walmart
Global Tech. In her previous role, she worked with the San Francisco
District Attorney's Office on crime data analysis. Her work in data
science has resulted in five publications, presentations, and lectures;
membership of IEEE BigDataService; and awards in SJSU ScholarWorks. Her
research interests include machine learning, data analytics, big data,
and data visualization.
