Anna Delgado-Tejedor is a PhD student in Biomedicine at the Epitranscriptomics and RNA dynamics group in the Center of Genomic Regulation (CRG). She completed her MS studies in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, Biomatemática, bioinformatics and computational biology at the DTU-Technical University of Denmark, and PhD studies in Biomedicine at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. In 2019, Dr. Delgado-Tejedor was awarded the FPI Severo-Ochoa Doctoral Fellowship from the Associated Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG). In 2018, Dr. Delgado-Tejedor associated with the DTU-Technical University of Denmark and published papers on the genomic epidemiology of local and global vibrio cholera and the genomic epidemiology of local and global vibrio cholera. Her project aims to develop tools that allow people to understand the role of RNA modifications in a wide range of biological contexts using direct RNA nanopore sequencing.
