- Provide the requirements of the system architecture.
- Takes the program requirements and creates an architecture vision provides a solution to the requirements.
- Design, plan, and implement system and network architectures that are high performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant.
- Manage IT infrastructure and security to maximize uptime and protection of data.
- Establish strategic direction for operating systems.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and reports of activity.
- Manage the staff and equipment that handles switching, routing, and in some cases perimeter devices (firewalls).
- Design and measure key metrics.
- Ensure that standards and procedures are in place by establishing, writing, and enforcing governance.
- Ensure the infrastructure's compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Conduct regular infrastructure audits, performance metrics analyses, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide timely infrastructure support in case of any outages or issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- At least 7 years of Application experience with large Proposed SaaS product implementations.
- Preferred: Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) experience, such as Archibus, TRIRIGA, Nuvolo, ServiceNow WSD, Maximo, and/or FMSystems.
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Self-motivated and desire to always deliver with excellence.
- Organized with the ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- US Citizenship.
- Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov’t security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
- 2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.
- Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
- Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
