Available roles in Recruiter

Licenses and permissions are combined to create roles for users. The sections below highlight the available roles that can be assigned on LinkedIn Recruiter. View the capabilities granted with each role and about the license and permission(s) types that make up the role.

Important to know

User access to features within specific projects is also determined by their assigned project-level permissions.

Recruiter User

Talent Pipeline

Hiring Manager

Who can use this feature?

By default, the Hiring Manager role doesn't have the Public Notes Viewer permission, but it can be added to create a custom Hiring Manger role.

Dashboard Manager Admin
