The LinkedIn AI marketing assistant for Campaign Manager

LinkedIn's AI assistant provides you with self-service help where you are. Use it to guide you through LinkedIn’s Accelerate campaign creation so you can achieve your goals more efficiently. 

Important to know

Currently, the marketing assistant for Accelerate campaigns is being tested and is only available in English. It is not yet available in the European Union.

We’ve combined our AI technology with human expertise to:  

  • Help you accomplish your goals faster by answering your questions as you create an Accelerate campaign, so you don’t have to leave what you’re working on to find an answer. 
  • Provide best practices to help ensure that you’re getting the most value out of advertising with LinkedIn.
  • Connect you with expert, human consultants to support you anywhere in the journey.

The AI marketing assistant in Campaign Manager is available when you create an Accelerate campaign. In Accelerate campaigns, we automatically generate your budget, schedule, audience, ads, and ad placements, for your review before launching.  

During the Accelerate campaign creation, use the AI assistant to: 

  • Ask a question - Type your question into the Ask a question field. Our AI assistant will answer your question or connect you with someone who can. 
  • Get section-specific assistance - Click Assist in the top right corner of a section, and the AI assistant will provide helpful tips for the section. Select a question to get a detailed response.  
  • Connect to human support - If you would like to talk directly to an expert, it’ll connect you to our LinkedIn support team.  
    • To chat with a live agent, type in the Ask a question field that you’d like to chat with a human or customer support. 
    • Please note that our support team is only available to specific regions and times. If live support isn’t available, click Create a ticket, enter your questions, and our support team will get back to you. 
  • Get recommendations for your campaign - For example, adding data sources to your campaign to optimize your results. 
  • Make changes to your campaign - For example, request a change to your daily or lifetime budget.
    • Keep in mind, the AI assistant is still developing and additional functionalities will be available in the future.

Here's a tip

If you’d like to manually customize a section of your campaign, click Edit in the upper-right corner of the section. For example, if you click Edit in the Audiences section, you can add a data source, or narrow by location or contact list to get a more targeted audience.
