All LinkedIn members have access to creator analytics, which includes:

  • Combined post analytics- shows how your content (including short form posts, images, videos, events, polls, and articles) performs over time, and

  • Audience analytics- provides insights about your follower growth trends and follower demographics.

Note: Selecting a custom date range is not available at this time.

To view creator analytics:

  1. Click the  Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Click View Profile.

  3. Scroll down to the Analytics section and click on Show all analytics.

  4. Click on [Number] Post impressions to see your combined post analytics or the [Number] Total followers to see your audience analytics.

To view combined post analytics:

  1. Click on the Past 7 days dropdown at the top of the page to select the date range for your data.

  2. Click on the Impressions dropdown to select Impressions or Engagements. Your selection will determine whether your content performance trend graph will display impressions or engagements and whether your top performing posts will be ordered by impressions or engagements.

  3. In the Top performing posts section, click on Show more to see additional posts.

  4. To export your analytics to an .XLSX file, click on the Export button on the upper-right corner.

To view audience analytics:

  1. Click on the Past 7 days dropdown under New followers to select the date range for your data. This selection will apply to the New followers graph and the Top demographics section, not to the Total followers count at the top.

  2. Under Top demographics, you can see demographic information about the people who follow you. You can toggle to see the breakdown by Job title, Location, Industry, Seniority, Company size, or Company. The top five results will be displayed.
