We showed up big at the Big Apple Star Awards! Last month, Aimbridge team members representing nearly a dozen hotels in New York City attended this award event, hosted by the Hotel Association Of New York City. The event recognizes outstanding contributions in hospitality, from guest-facing roles to vital behind-the-scenes positions, and the 20 nominees representing Aimbridge have gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining operational excellence and fostering a welcoming environment at our properties. Aimbridge was recently recognized at the Marriott Franchise Forum as part of the top-5 performing management companies in driving topline, measured by the Topline Activator Score, for U.S. and Canada select service Marriot properties. With more than 350 such properties in our managed portfolio, we achieved high scores thanks to the passion and hard work of our brand champions—Kristin Ferguson, DVP Sales, Jose Sanchez-Fernandez, RDOS, Janet Stevens, RVP Revenue Strategy, and Dana Fisk, CHDM from Second Wave—who led the charge with our exceptional operations and property teams. Through the leadership of these brand champions, teams received dedicated training, detailed action plans, and excellent communication to move the needle and generate results. Powerful training and talent development programs are critical in how we cultivate and develop future leaders in hospitality. Our associates are encouraged to grow and learn every day, through custom programs like Leaders on the RISE and the Management Skills Intensive (MSI).
