She is the leader and main vocalist of the girl group TWICE, where she debuted on October 20, 2015, with the mini album The Story Begins. Before her debut with TWICE, Jihyo featured in the music video for Miss A's "Only You". She was known as the face of Innisfree's teen line. She made her solo debut on August 18, 2023, with the mini album ZONE, making her the second TWICE member to debut as a soloist, first being NAYEON.
