Customers with a Florida driver's license or other Florida-issued identification do not have to get a Senior STAR Card to ride for free. They can simply scan the back of their ID on the mobile validator and show the bus operator their photo upon boarding.
A Senior STAR card is required for non-Florida residents in order to ride for free and must be presented upon boarding. Passengers who don't have a valid Senior ID STAR Card, Florida Driver's License, or other Florida issued identification must pay the base cash fare of $1.75.
Please bring with you a government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth. Scroll down for locations.
An ID STAR card is required to receive reduced-fare pricing. All passengers who are eligible for a reduced fare must present a valid Reduced Fare ID STAR Card upon boarding.
