I never heard about this movie, found it on Netflix France. And what a great surprise.
It is very fast paced and you need to watch like the Austen Powers movies. Clichés, over the top.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I am not sure why IMDB requires lately a 600 hundred characters ?
I can everything in under 300!
So annoying and it deters me to write a review unless I loved an underrated movie or the opposite I hated a overrated movie.
Still a few more to go.....
I hope they remove that unreasonable and unnecessary rule and very soon.

Someone commented that he/she felt relieved after the kid died, I felt the same way.
For us to come to this conclusion, says it all and it is sad that they made us feel that way. Her acting and behavior were horrible.
Bummer, the kid returned.
I was about to stop watching but I was bored and cold, and felt just "zombieing" under a blanket lol
Thankfully no kids behave like that.
The male main lead was as bad.
Paula Patton's face with excessive grimaces and over the top acting were painful to watch.
SKIP, you will be doing yourself a favor.

S1 a 6/7 S2 a minus 10 SKIP at all cost.
Season 2 ruined a fairly decent show in Season 1.
No one behaves remotely normal and the mother a psychopath, pure evil, a serial killer and her kids are just too stupid and manipulate as she is.

Not one character is likable.
Season two became a telenovela and lost total focus of the original plot.
Nobody has any moral compass.
A poor trisomic kid is sacrified, a lost junkie soul is also sacrificed for the same reason that the psychopath mother is claiming her rights and that she will do anything for her children.
A poor ganitor is killed....
SKIP as you will feel infuriated and cheated with S2.

Very good acting.
The English dubbing was excellent, I usually prefer to watch in the original language but this time I made an exception and I was very pleased.
I am usually not too fond of German cinema (of course with some exceptions). This was similar to a British production/series.
I liked the fact there was no clichés or any politically correct agenda. It is refreshing that there's wasn't any agenda forced on us.
Don't miss it.
Not predictable at all: a bonus as I tend to guess and it takes away the experience.
Maybe a bit slow as well.

Overwhelming music, the usual unnecessary sex scenes, this is a trend in all Spanish and Hispanic series.
The protagonist is hateful from the beginning and her vendetta is over the top. She is a psychopath.
All the characters are hateful and easily manipulated. Everyone falls in love and forget about their "mission".
The whole story could have been solved in a couple of episodes...oh but no one heard about DNA!
Ridiculous! The whole plot is ludicrous.
AVOID at all cost.

Trying too hard to be funny but failed. SKIP.
The script is terrible, I found it irritating most of the times.
The same not so funny jokes were repeated over and over again.
Embarrassing to see so many good actors engaging in this ridiculous farce, how they accepted to play in such a ridiculous script is beyond my understanding! No wonder only 3 episodes.
The High ratings and the ravishing reviews baffle me, robots? Youngsters?

There are so many better shows to ridicule police tv series. On that comes to mind is the excellent Swedish Dicks.
Infamia (2023)
It is TEEN series. SKIP. The music and cliches ruined it for me.
First episode was interesting them it turned into a TEEN series. I wouldn't have started watching if I have known. It is not about a Gypsy life but the usual teen show.
The music ruined it for me. I know it is about the protagonist wanted to be a rapper but there is no need for constant loud music, it would have been more balanced by using some gypsy music as well.
Full of stereotypes and cliches.
Some horrible scenes with Animal abuse and cruelty with no purpose for being educational or helping to bring awareness about Animal abuse.
I do not recommend.
I usually like Polish series but this is not one of them.

I found lately a lot of the Australian shows tend to be B quality. I have enjoyed in the past but not lately.
I know I am diverging because of the silly 600 IMDB characters rule. I wish I could reach someone from IMDB to reduce the minimum.

The best character left after season 4 and from there it went downhill. That is why a give a 4. Otherwise from Season 5 an onward it is a 1.
Seems no one follows protocols, hierarchy but only their emotions and what suits their family or friend.
The emphasis on Psychiatry is overwhelming, every single episode has at least one patient that needs psychiatric treatment.
When IMHO, the doctors and nurses are the ones who need to be assessed for psychiatric treatment. That is why the storylines are not believable.
Go watch Chicago fire for a feell good show.

Very enjoyable, too bad only one season.
All the characters are likable.
It reminded me of Mission Impossible: same seemingly impossible missions and secret agency.
Fast pace, good music, fun dialogue s.
Well acted.
It is a 8 IMHO , I am rating a 10 so the average get bumped up as it deserves to be known and seen.
I highly recommend to anyone who liked Mission Impossible and Now You See Me movies.
It also reminded me of the movies, Now You See Me. Off beat, fun and entertaining.
Don't miss and you will want more!

Why do writers believe that swearing is cool?
I am a daughter of an ambassador and thankfully diplomats don't behave hysterically like this female ambassador!
She beats up her husband in public in plain sight in the middle of a political/diplomatic crisis. In a real situation, she would have been declared not fit and if it was a male ambassador beating his wife...all hell would have broken loose!
What is with her shaggy looks!
Poor acting and story lines. Nothing that hasn't been covered before.
The only good charismatic actor is the husband, Rufus Sewell.
The main lead is terrible.

I couldn't take it after 1 hour. It feels like a bad cartoon and even though there are good actors (the only reason I lasted 1 hour) I gave up.
Not once I laughed. I am not sure what it is supposed to be...
A failed fun intellectual movie? TBH I don't care.
Difficult to believe it won so many Oscars. Maybe for the actors. But best film??? I can't believe it didn't go to Elvis.

My first Greek series thanks to Netflix and what a delight!
All is perfect: acting, story lines, music, cinematography and scenery.
It is light and profound at the same time.
Very probable stories.
The Greeks have achieved a master piece and I can't wait to watch more.
Maybe a second season for Maestro, they left it open ended.
Or more movies and series from same team and actors.
I am in awe and speechless how they tackled so many issues with virtuoso and realism.
The acting was super from all: the younger cast, the oldest and even the despicable character.
DON'T MISS THAT GEM!

I wanted to like this and learn about the era but plot unbelievable and all the characters are hateful. Also very poor production, feels like it was made in the 50s. I have seen many excellent Israelis series, this one is so disappointing.
From the beginning why a rich family would let their only son marry a maid? Why a poor family is living next to a rich family? Why someone who has been betrayed over and over again trust a despicable creature who pointed a gun on a father and anything under the sun.
The belly dancer doesn't even know how to dance and definitely not a beauty.
And all the witchery non sense that cures??? What an insult to our intelligence.

This Is Us (2016)
DEPRESSING even the music is depressing and gives anxiety. SKIP.
The idea was interesting and Season one and season two were OK but then it became sooo depressing, even the music is depressing and gives anxiety.
I couldn't care about their stories anymore past season 2.
Of course they had to indulge into politically correctness all along and that added more negative feelings while watching.
I can't believe they dragged this for six seasons.
Some story lines are not believable: the woman who calls one of her teachers after over two decades to tell him that now she is in control of her life as she felt he let her down at the time. How can she believe he would care and that would matter? Total narcissistic behavior.
It seems this show is about creating a problem in every situation. Everyone is loaded with a very heavy past.
Maybe I am blessed but only a very little fraction of my family or friends have this kind of history.

Too much is too much. The death of Jack would have been enough for drama.
And there's the Elephant in the room: Obesity.
I don't remember anyone saying this word or truly addressing the issue as it would be in real life...
Also we are to believe that a woman in her mid-forties, with 2 kids and one of them is with special needs (blind) finds a second husband in her condition! (Kate is beyond obesity).
How many women around you in their mid forties have that second chance? That is the fairy tale in this very depressing show. A fairy tale that is not even dreamy or enjoyable.

So frustrating, it became totally a soap and a bad one in season 3. What were they thinking?
Marianna character became so flaky and selfish that she became so unlikeable. She and her mom tend to always think they know it all and are cool and above everyone.
Full of stereotypes and cliches.
The only character that is likeable is the son and he is all the time pushed over by all.
The entertaining comedy that I enjoyed watching and had some novelty ended with season 3.
I am glad the show ended, anyhow I would have stopped watching after season 2.

All police officers are corrupt and get deeper and deeper with corruption with each episode and the irony is they point the finger to other cops as if they were innocent.

Manipulating everyone to the point where she donates her eggs to get her boss pregnant, have sex with her boss, her boss's husband and more...while killing an employer to take his place, poison a dog to eliminate another employer...all this in a blink of an eye.

The Sicilian family is depicted as coming out of the 50s.
The African American family not realistic at all.
The female lead, a very insensitive person and looks so much older than her character.
The only reason I watched because I thought it was based on a true story but not a Hallmark soapy story.
The wedding is over the top in a villa in Florence, how many Americans can afford flying there, staying there and attending such a wedding?
It is just one stereotype after the other...
I would love to know what is the age frame of people who rate this above 1.

Ruined by the over the top stories of fictional people that no one cares about. WATCH INSTEAD THE OUTSTANDING MOVIE "NOTRE DAME IS BURNING"
So many fictional characters with over the top stories, people that no one cares about. Ruined the focus of the story.
I don't understand why they can't just stick to the people who were really involved instead of this soap. We learn almost nothing about Notre-Dame and the event itself.
The movie Notre-Dame brule is outstanding, it sticks to the real event. WATCH THIS MOVIE INSTEAD OF THIS GARBAGE SERIES. It gives you a sense of what really happened and the glorious Notre-Dame Cathedral.
As a side note, in the movie, the French president and the Mayor of Paris appear as their real selves and that gives the movie much credibility.
The back and forth between different time-lines is over done and at time confusing.
6 episodes too long. 1 would have been enough without all these unnecessary stories. And TBH, why make a series when there is already and excellent movie that was released only few months ago.
SKIP and save yourself 6 hours and watch the outstanding Notre-Dame brule.

Very confusing between different time lines. There is not really a story, a bunch of evil cult stuff.
Nothing new but confusing.
It is not clear what is the police doing or whether the police from Spain ans Brazil are working together or not.
The twist at the end was predictable to me. How didn't get the behaviour of the two main police officers.
Do not waste your time, I started watching thinking it is based on a true story but around episode four, realized, it wasn't and made the whole series even worst and worth my time.
I stayed hoping maybe for something original but nothing. SKIP.
Pan Am (2011)

This is NOT Mad Man, they totally missed the authenticity of the 60's, except for the clothes.
Terrible acting, actually they are ACTING, not in the characters at all.

And of course a captain that is too young to be believable.

I am assuming the book is interesting and catching. I wanted to like this and watched because it was a Le Carre book adaptation. I wanted to like this and stayed till the then end but too bad, nothing sparked.
This series is very boring, not convincing at all. Very slow show and hard to follow.
Story poorly told and confusing.
Could have been done in 3 episodes. It was dragged for ever for no good reason.
Poor acting as well.
Very disappointed by Alexander Skargsgard acting, I am a huge fan but here he was totally off.
The female actress was not convincing either and seemed always judging and not understanding what these people were.

STUPID "PROFESSOR" STUPID POLICE IMPROBABLE PLOTS
Everything about this show is stupid.
I don't understand the hype, have people never seen intelligent shows such as: PRISON BREAK, 24, BETTER CALL SAUL, 24, DEXTER, NOW YOU CAN SEE ME etc...
The so called "professor" gets 40 % of the crew killed, highers unprofessional for the biggest Heist of the century! Sheer nonsense!
These are no Robin Hoods but terrorists, all the hostages they have traumatized, all the people killed and other damages.
The love stories were ridiculous and unnecessary.
And they make endless mistakes and get away with because everyone else is of course clueless ....

Worst Lucifer cast ever.
I am glad Tom Ellis didn't play Lucifer. I would have hated to see him with these hideous clothes and wings. Also to see that Lucifer was a despicable character in The Sandman. Tom Perry's Lucifer was lovable, powerful and fun.
They chose a woman to play Lucifer and that was a major turn off as the actress is terrible, not convincing at all that a she has any power or presence. Worst acting ever! That was a major turn off. Two points lost here. And her hair looks like a blow dry poodle...
I hate when humans to that to poodles.
The plot was very slow, something was missing to make it a great subject they choose another Lucifer. Another two points lost here.
