Since two thousand and ten, MLP:FIM is many people considered a masterpiece of flash animation. Definitely not your average flash animation from Newgrounds. This show proves that friendship is a powerful weapon. Even if Lauren Faust said that she wanted this show to be for little girls. But getting its self a fan base is even better. This is the reason why I wanna try flash animation in a new way. But, as popular as it gets, some people wouldn't be surprised if these ponies went off the high school.
I'm not saying it's a bad film, but I just wished it could've been a bit more clever. But it does give Twilight Sparkle a specific goal. She doesn't just recover crown from a former student of Celestia's, but to take friendship to a whole new level.
Twilight has always been my favorite character. I can relate to her at times. You would want to stand with her, she has a reason to inspire those who believe in magic.
But back on to the film, I had a bit mixed feelings about it.
The Story: It's smooth enough, even if got a bit random in the climax.
The Animation: It's well crafted, but the designs to seem a bit hit missed at times. But it's still harmless to look at. Plus, they did keep the ponies designs in the beginning
The Characters: Twilight and the Mane Five are still the same, and we love em. The principals of CHS seem okay but make feel like they've never been in charge of high school before. The villain is okay too, but most people would never get the rest of her origins other then she was a former pupil back in Equestria. The boyfriend does seem a bit of a pointless cliché, he's only seen for short times. But to his credit he does seem like good gentleman for a princess. Just be lucky that he didn't show up in the real show.
The Songs: I find most of them quite catchy and reasonable, my favorite happens to be Strange New World. It's nice to see someone singing a characters thoughts again, since Phil Collins' song Strangers Like Me in Disney's Tarzan. Even if the lyrics are a bit simple.
The Rules of Magic: When people first saw the magic moments in the climax, they kinda had no idea why that happen. But from what I can gather I guess is that Sunset had no control of the magic in the crown, so she pretty much didn't know how to use it. And yet, she was happy with her demon form. I was like a side affect. As for the transformation of the mane six, they were like magnet for the element of magic. Twilight would say that the magic contained in her element was able to unite with those that helped create it. So maybe the humane five represent them? Maybe. But the ending does still seem a bit random. Either way, I still kinda enjoyed it.
The MLP series could've been better off without a spin off, but for what is, it's actually kinda good. I wouldn't call a masterpiece like the actual show, but it does seem decent enough to be magical as always.
Some fans may love or hate this, they all have opinions. But that's pretty much the end of this review.
Try to check it out, it might be your cup of tea.

James Rolfe, is what I believe to be the best you tuber around. His latest creation AVGN is such a radical web series. Even better than the Nostalgia Critic. Okay maybe the critic was fine, but the nerd is top notch. But if someone told you that there's a film based on the web series, you'd definitely say... WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?
Yeah, that's this isn't the film that captured what the AVGN was all about. Okay well maybe it did, but only slightly.
So we all know the nerd is famous on the internet, but why does work at a game store if he's famous? Who knows. But then he realizes that he has to review this parody of the infamous Atari game E.T. In the film, the burial of the cartridges was said to be an urban legend. WHAT?!
That happened in real life. I even found a video proving that the games were in fact buried in the desert.
So basically the nerd's goal is to review this game if he finds the games under the sand.
But they're are times where film loses focus, saying that it also includes alien stuff. Even the effects are lame, was it really that difficult to hire an expert in special effects?
Also most the acting is a bit lame, and what's even worse is that the nerd stays in character the whole time, even if Rolfe pulled off an amazing performance.
The only thing good about the film, is the soundtrack. Why? Because it's a combination of game music and electric music. So epic. But that isn't strong enough to safe the film.
Stick to the internet Rolfe, you may be descent filmmaker in your web series, but you're not ready to make movies just yet.
So that's Game Over for you.

Okay, I just wanna say that I'm not much of fan of Dane Boedigheimer, though he does take a few chances to be funny and creative. His Channel under the name his name was kinda of a nice channel. Most of his videos took a few chances to be cool as possible. Originally, The Annoying Orange was just meant to be only one video, but then came to what I believe to be one of the worst internet shows that ever hit popularity. And it's still Annoying for a reason!
So basically there's this talking orange who lives in this kitchen with some other fruit, not to mention a high pitched talking marshmallow, who basically annoys many kinds of fruits and other food objects. When these talking objects had enough, they become the victims when the orange says the word: Knife. And that's it, the rest of the episodes is just the orange along with his friends having unexpected adventures either in the kitchen or outside of the kitchen.
Really Dane? Is that the best you can do? I'm better of watching your other videos than your stupid web series. Why did you have make that decision ever since the first Annoying Orange video? Come on dude, I liked you when you did your other sketches, and you're still awesome. But it's the adventures of an annoying fruit! You should better Dane, you should know better. I even got disappointed when you turn this web series into a show for Cartoon Network.
The plot to every episode is bad and ungodly annoying. The animation is bit disgusting and horrifying. The characters are not as good as I thought. Even most of the songs are just not my cup of tea.
You know what I'm talking about. Everything about this show is like a third grader not caring about his vision and failing a test. I wish show was canceled, so that you can move on to something even better. And yes, I do feel sorry for the YouTubers who made their guest appearances, I'm sure they'll part take in better roles this time. We want Web shows who have specific purposes, not web shows who don't care what they're doing and just think of fame and money.
And if were you, I'd grab my knife and give that orange a payback!
