I only made it through about 45 minutes, so maybe things got better later on.

Basically what I got from this movie was, 1 it's some sort of apocalyptical movie that focuses on a crash of the internet. Then number 2 was a white family has to share a house with a black family, I'm sure you can all guess how Hollywood will spin that...

The mom is a total girl boss, bitchy and barking orders to her servant husband, of coarse he needs to ask her for anything in order to avoid her wrath. For the owners of the house we have the typical solemn black man and his snarky daughters that tries to make everyone uncomfortable. Thats pretty much what movie goers are used of now though, so no real surprise there. This was a huge pass for me, since this type of movie has been the norm for the last several years. MAKE SOME THING GOOD HOLLYWOOD!

I finished watching the first episode, what a crazy ride! I played the first video game long ago and really enjoyed it, so I was happy to hear HBO was going to make a tv series. From what I remember, the show is following the game's plot pretty closely as well. Pedro Pascal is a awesome actor and I think great fit for Joel Miller. Bella Ramsey as Ellie also looks like a good fit.

I'm exited to see how this series will play out over the next few months, I plan to watch every week. The first episode had lots of action, character development and plot backstory that will likely grab a large audience, it almost reminds me of how the walking dead started out.

I've listened a few of Jordan Peterson's podcasts and watched some of his miniseries like Dragons Monsters and Men and his biblical series was really quite an interesting and practical take on the bible. But he has a good point, the political right has no voice anymore.

For democracy to work there has to be open decision between the left and right and it really does feel like the left is just bullying the right to conform to they're ideals.

Jordan Peterson is one of the only voices out there trying to bridge the gap and make peace, so both sides can live harmoniously again.

Canada needs a real leader.

Wow I didn't know Elvis was a woke infant that used auto tunes to make his music.

These types of movies should stay away from the historical genera, in fact just plain stay out of Hollywood/media. This movie would have been way better if they just stuck with Elvis's actual personality, or at least the personality he projected on stage and left out the garbage, out of place modern sounding remixes. Elvis wasn't a social justice crusader, he was the king of rock and this movie in my opinion made a mockery of him and his art. We live in a sad confusing time when movies like this are praised... I expected more from HBO.

This is like the most self obsessed as you can get, just creating a feature length movie just about you. Unfortunately I only lasted about 30 minutes the whole time he just sings about himself and talking about himself, at the same time trying to make it look semi artsy... I don't understand why half of the reviewers fail to notice this flamboyant self obsession.

This could have been a way better series if it wasn't so focused on race... the main character is like "white people this and white people that" sounds so petty. I guess thats what is in demand in Hollywood now tho.

Typical action shooter movie. What drew me in was the cast.. but this was just a ton of guns and explosions and no actual plot. You would probably have more fun spending 2 hours at a firing range.

This is garbage the CGI is mediocre for 2022, the "science" is just as unbelievable as that one other series about life on other planets (alien worlds)... total fiction packaged to kids as fact. I thought David Attenborough was a man of science. What a great way to destroy your legacy this late in life.

The original docu-series on netflix already told the whole story in pretty good detail... This new theatrical shorter version just adds speculation and drama but no new evidence, facts or information. I recommend skipping this one and just watch the original on netflix with the same name.

I don't get why Russia is always the bad guy in these, what I call a Flamboyant patriotism movie, or in this case series. This time there's a new feminine twist to to the disgusting slurry of propaganda... they name it "for all man kind". More like men are dumb, Russians suck and America first...

It's just 2 dudes rambling on and on about just random topics... pretty much like the voice chat in your typical online video game lobby or something. There is no direction or comical value to the conversations and like 80% of it is as incoherent as a manic Bipolar that took the wrong meds. I gave it 2 stars because the artwork is not bad.

I usually enjoy this type of sci-fy, but this series has nothing memorable or even remotely enjoyable about it.

The plot is predictable and moves at a very slow pace for this genera, the acting was unconvincing and wooden from EVERY single actor/actress and the CGI aliens were laughable at best... The worst part is they pretty much copied the theme song from the series "the leftovers".

Most of the low ratings are coming from kids born after the movie's release, the only reference to 90's culture they have is from movies and television series from the time.

I remember when this movie first came out it was one of the best comedies of the year and was a popular watch for several years after. It's a sort of punk rock/comedy genera that was popular back then.

Dead man down... yes, 100% of dead men fall down, if you need to state that in your title... what does that say about your target audience.

In this case the title and movie poster told the whole story... HARD PASS.

There's nothing quality here, the violence and special effects are comical at best. Sheri Moon Zombie, playing Baby an overly sexualized psychopath kinda like a Harley Quin type, but Sheri Moon Zombie is far to old for this role... so we are left with a 60 year old woman squirming around on screen.

This does look like a really great series, but the overpowering feminism turns the series into a comedy for guys and a very up set at guys, for girls. No one wins when you take the fantasy to far.

Seems like over baring mother figure is what in demand these days. Can't imagine cranking it to that.

Maybe some of what Chris Kyle did was heroic, but most likely exaggerated a little more each time the story was told, but this film is just full of cheesy overdone gun play executed by way to old to be frat boy Bradley Cooper in the star role.

At least this time it wasn't Mark Wahlberg, crying while he shoots...

Lots of great footage, narration was good and background music wasn't annoying or to loud.

Overall I thought this was a well made series on world war two and enjoyed watching it.

Not what you would usually expect from an indie film, I gave it a 4 because the only good thing about this movie was the camera work...The acting and story are boring and felt to posh for an indie film.

Why not, space needs victim culture too!

These two genres don't really work well together, I can sorta see where the writers were trying to go with this but this one was a hard pass...

There is a lot of amazing footage of penguins, also the narration adds personality to the penguins and story, highlighting the intelligence of these birds in a more human way of understanding.

Solid 7/10.

I thought this series was pretty good, sure they do lots of flash backs but I never found it hard to follow... I never read the book or seen the 1994 series so I can't really compare them, but overall I enjoyed it and think it's pretty under rated.

This is just reused speculation, discovery made a special named Alien Planet back in 2005 that was almost exactly the same as this one with slightly worse CGI. This is not science this is fiction/speculation and worst of all it's recycled material that netflix stamped as one of they'r original series, as if they came up with the idea...
