The plot and scenario of the interplay was genuinely great and makes a nice date night movie. The script was well-done and acting by Kate winslet and Eli Wallach were the best parts of the movie. Jude law , jack black and Cameron Diaz were potential jewels but they were not believable in any of their roles. All 3 of them seemed to overact in their non-standard /stretch roles. On their own law, Diaz and black would have been ok but all 3 made it hard to watch at times. It seemed that either the director did not have the time / run throughs did not identify the problems / or the Star power overwhelmed the miscast potential /the actors schedules did not allow for re-shoots.
Grant and hepburn's finest as they were not acting as much as engaged in a passion dance for living. While hepburn's sister and brother are stuck in a world of expectations Grant and hepburn's character dare to hope and grasp on to the choice to live.
In later roles Grant developed a persona of leading man rather than fun loving acrobat - while great for his career, in a away this role had an authenticity that meshed well with Hepburn's youthful passion - in later roles, she seemed more confined.
Well worth watching - one of its primary scenes takes place on New Year's Eve - fitting as it delineates a freshness of dreams.

Kurylenko does well in action movies and this one too although her size and strength is truly no match in the real world. All the actors (old man and the guys with guns) were reasonably believable and the cinematography and lighting was good as was all the action (some movies a la John wick areatoo choreographed and I feel like I am at a ballet and not a gunfight).
Amit shah was too much in the background (until the end) which made him awkwardly unbelievable.
There were ample twists and turns - I just wish there was a little more script to help "bait" each other and rile people up.
Overall a decent chase drama - better than many.
